Positions of Responsibility - Position Description

 In order to run an effective troop, scouts must successfully operate the troop which included holding positions of responsibility.   The troop will not run unless the scoutsfufil their position of responsibility.   The attached describes the positions of responsibilty in Troop 420 and expectations of the position. The positions of responsibilty are described in the document below. 

To earn the ranks of Star, Life and Eagle, a scout is required to successfully operate in a position of responsibiltiy for 4 months for Star and 6 months for Life and Eagle.

Positions of Responsibility - Request

To request a position of responsibiltiy, please review the Position Description and complete this form.  the completed form should be turned into the SPL.  Most positions of responsibility are detemined by the SPL in consultation with the PLC and the Scoutmaster.  The Scoutmaster will evaluate the scouts in his position of responsibiltiy.
